QREDGE — Smart Job Application Platform
By accessing or using QREDGE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quaxt Labs ("we", "us", or "our").
QREDGE is a platform that helps job seekers create tailored application materials and manage their job search. Our services include:
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use certain features (e.g., generating application materials). Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are owned by Quaxt Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform (e.g., CVs, job descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
You retain all rights to content generated by the Platform on your behalf (cover letters, resumes, etc.). We do not claim ownership of generated content.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
